This workshop combines the wisdom of managing menopause with the dynamic and low-impact Lagree Fitness method, creating a holistic approach to well-being.

1. Understanding Menopause:

2. Introduction to Lagree Fitness:

customized 45 minute “The Frame” class to build strength, flexibility, and balance without excessive strain on joints.
practical tips on adapting Framework exercises to individual fitness levels.
This workshop aims to empower individuals going through the menopause transition, helping them build strength, resilience, and a renewed sense of well-being.
