This workshop is for anyone wanting to learn more or is navigating menopause with the Lagree Fitness method at Framework. Led by Dabrowka Farah, certified Lagree Instructor and Menopause Health and Fitness Specialist. This workshop combines the wisdom of managing menopause with the dynamic and low-impact Lagree Fitness method, creating a holistic approach to well-being.

Lagree x FMWK Level 1 Teacher Training
Dive into the core principles of Lagree fitness, mastering the Megaformer machine and learning the foundational exercises that define this dynamic workout method. Led by seasoned instructors, students will experience a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical sessions, ensuring a deep understanding of Lagree techniques. Upon successful completion, attendees earn their Level One Lagree Certification and upon completion of a practical exam and opportunity to teach at Framework.
